Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join a successful and growing business in York!
Pratap Partnership is pleased to be working with a business in York to recruit a Commercial Finance Business Partner for a newly created position. This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in further improving the performance of an already very successful group.
The Commercial Finance Business Partner will work with C-suite stakeholders to support and understand business performance that will drive strategic decision-making and improve profitability. This is a varied role that will involve:
* Providing insight through analysis and modelling that enhances commercial outputs
* Partnering with the commercial team on new business and M&A opportunities.
* Developing and owning revenue and cost of sales methodologies
* Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles, and preparing strategic plans
* Enhancing and developing KPI reporting
To be successful in this role you will be an ambitious qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with excellent stakeholder management skills. You’ll have experience in budgeting, forecasting and KPI production gained in a dynamic business. You will also be a team player and confident communicator, with the ability to nurture excellent working relationships.
