This is an exciting time to join us and play a pivotal role in the management, refinement, and delivery of changes within the Microsoft 365 environment.
With proven experience as a Lead Engineer, you will have expertise in implementing complex technology solutions, you’ll lead an agile team to optimise workflows and processes, ensuring the delivery of superior quality outcomes.
Leading the ongoing development, optimisation, and enhancement of security, performance, and usability aspects within M365 services you’ll need extensive technical knowledge in the implementation and management of M365 solutions, including Modern Device Management techniques, Windows Enterprise, endpoint security, application deployment, and Identity and Access Management.
Proficiency in deploying security strategies such as Zero Trust, using tools like Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC). Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID for secure user management and effective use of Entitlement Management is essential. You should excel in modern device provisioning techniques such as Autopilot and application deployment methods like MSIX. Strong programming skills in PowerShell and scripting languages are crucial. You would also benefit from experience in managing Apple devices using platforms such as Jamf.
You’ll collaborate closely with Architects to effectively translate high-level designs into low-level configurations, actionable stories, and tasks. Your proactive approach in guiding, mentoring, and nurturing the development of a team of Engineers and Analysts will foster a culture of learning and continuous progression throughout the organisation.
