Description
The key responsibilities of an Sales Administrator will include, but may not be limited to;
* Provide administrative support to the sales team
* Process order from the sales team
* Scanning and filing orders
* Maintain and update customer databases
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
* Manage order processing and delivery scheduling
* Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy development
Profile
A successful Sales Administrator should have:
* Proven administrative skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Excellent proficiency in MS Office
* Experience in customer service
* Knowledge of CRM systems
* A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
* Ability to commute to Stoke-On-Trent
