What will you do?  
You will advise individuals on broad private client matters to include:
* Probate & Estate Administration
* Wills
* Trusts
* Estate planning
* Power of Attorney matters
* Tax & IHT
What will you need? 
* To be a qualified or unqualified private client fee earner
* (You can be entirely unqualified, or perhaps part-way through a formal qualification)
* At least 2 years’ experience running your own (basic) private client caseload
