Senior Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration
* Competitive salary £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview
* Work on projects within the Residential sector
* Create technical details using a mixture of AutoCAD / Revit
* Creation of planning, building control and construction drawings
* Opportunity to work on a range of new build and refurbishments
* Attend site visits and client meetings
* Run projects throughout a variety of RIBA stages
* Liaise with other professionals and build relationships with Clients
* Assist junior members of the team
* Lead a design / technical team
Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements
* Live within a commutable distance to Huddersfield
* Practical experience using either AutoCAD or Revit
* 5 years’ + experience (UK based)
* Residential experience (advantageous)
* Knowledge of UK building regulations
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, other professionals and Clients
* Motivated individual wanting to progress within the practice
* Ability to work independently and within a team
