This is an opportunity for a qualified Associate Building Surveyor who is project bias and is keen to progress within a successful team.

Role and responsibilities
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will join the building consultancy team of 22, working on predominantly commercial instructions across a London portfolio. You’ll be delivering projects, line managing APC individuals and carrying out business development.
Your position as the chosen Associate Building Surveyor, will encapsulate the entirety of professional and project service lines and you’ll service a range of clients from developers, owners, occupiers etc.
Person specification
This role will suit a well-seasoned Associate Building Surveyor, who has fantastic communication skills as well as sound technical ability.
* MRICS qualified
* RICS accredited degree
* 3+ years’ consultancy background
* Commericially minded and business development focused
* Line management experience or skillset
* Strong service line knowledge across both professional and project
