What will you do? 
* Work as a solicitor or associate solicitor within the planning team
* Advise on a varied caseload and assist with all aspects of planning law to include Planning permission, appeals, CIL, s106 agreements, judicial review, highways, public rights of way and environmental matters 
* Get involved in business development activities with the team if/when appropriate 
What will you need? 
* To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive 
* Previous planning law experience (from council, private practice or any other background) 
* Ideally to be able to hit the ground running within planning law, although you will be fully supported with this
