Welding Lecturer. * Annual Salary: £27,494 - £39,131 (market supplement may apply). * Location: Redhill. * Job Type: Full-time. Day to Day of the role of a Welding Lecturer:. * Deliver teaching and assess Engineering programmes, particularly focusing on welding, to apprenticeship students.. * Plan and prepare lessons and assignments that engage and challenge students.. * Promote attendance and a positive learning environment.. * Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning, development, and review of activities within the subject area.. * Support and complete quality assurance processes.. * Assess students’ work and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.. Required Skills & Qualifications required for the Welding Role:. * A teaching qualification (at level 3 or above).. * A relevant subject qualification in welding at Level 3 (or above).. * Experience in delivering and assessing welding courses.. * Relevant teaching or training experience.. * Some experience in quality assurance is highly preferable..
