ADMINISTRATOR
to suit a school leaver/college leaver or graduate as full rtsinign will be given
This is an opportunity for a confident, enthusiastic individual to join our Bedford Office as a member of our administration team.
The ideal candidate will need to be able to work on their own and to set deadlines, prioritising their own workload.
ADMINISTRATOR
Main Duties
Contacting clients to obtain documentation/information.
Dealing with queries from insurers and clients.
Checking documentation from insurers and clients.
Issuing documentation to insurers and clients.
Maintaining existing and producing new Excel spreadsheets as necessary.
Keeping inhouse diaries up to date.
Issuing invoices and taking payments.
Attempt to resolve any errors or complaints prior to referral to Compliance Officer
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and insurers.
Keep up to date with FCA and Data Protection rules.
Provide information to management as and when required.
ADMINISTRATOR
Experience
No experience is required but you will need:
To be familiar with Office, Word and Excel and Outlook.A confidant telephone manner.The ability to write emails/letters to clients and insurers.
