Group Head of IT
£95-105,000 base salary + car, bonus, healthcare.
Due to complexity this position is predominantly “on-site”

A unique and highly exciting position to join one of the regions, and UK’s, leading businesses as Group Head of IT.

Going through a period of growth, technology advancement and substantial investment - this position will lead transformation and strategy across technology and provide leadership to a large team.
The business is highly technology dependant and working with cutting edge new tools, systems, and platforms to deliver efficiencies and business gains.

The position will be responsible for the following: 
* Define, build, and implement the UK IT strategy 
* Effectively management group IT budget
* Extensive projects across technology and digital areas
* Management of 3rd party suppliers
* Responsible for IT teams across development, support, applications, projects, and security 
* Develop a roadmap for future technology strategies
* Joining the senior leadership team to add value across all areas of the business
We are looking for:
* Extensive experience in IT leadership and strategy in complex working environments
* Experience in a high risk, "critical infrastructure" environment is highly advantageous
* Proven leadership skills
* Experience in a busy project, transformation and change environment 
* Strong academic and professional qualifications 
The position offers a generous remuneration package including car, bonus & healthcare.
The company are based close to the A14.
