Job Description:
I am seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to my Client’s Head of HR. This role is crucial in delivering an efficient HR function and requires a professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Purpose:
* Draft and post job advertisements to attract top talent.
* Assist with the recruitment process by sifting through CVs, liaising with recruiters, and scheduling interviews.
* Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documentation.
* Conduct reference checks for new employees and respond to reference requests.
* Coordinate the onboarding process, including the creation of new starter packs and scheduling of reviews.
* Facilitate the internal performance review process, ensuring timely completion and filing.
* Manage the offboarding process for exiting employees, including drafting resignation acknowledgements and conducting exit interviews.
* Produce monthly absence reports and ensure timesheet compliance with payroll schedules.
* Organize internal employee events and training sessions.
* Maintain accurate employee records in the HR system, ensuring data confidentiality.
* Administer employee training and development activities, including record-keeping and course feedback.
* Support apprenticeship and intern programs and assist with updates to the Employee Handbook.
* Manage the distribution of employee paperwork and the Eye Care Voucher scheme.
* Take notes at formal HR meetings to provide clear and accurate records.
* Assist with key and fob management and coordinate DSE Assessments.
* Participate in HR projects and provide general administrative support to the Head of HR.
* Attend weekly global HR team meetings and undertake training as required.
