Description
Duties of the Executive Assistant:
* To support the MD and board
* Manage executive schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Facilitate internal communication and handle confidential documents.
* Organise and maintain the office filing system.
* Manage expense reports and budgets.
* Conduct research and prepare briefings.
* Attend meetings and take detailed notes.
Profile
The successful Executive Assistant:
* Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
* A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
* Ability to commute to Manchester.
* May require to work unsociable hours at times to meet organisations needs.
* Background working as an experience Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
Job Offer
The salary on offer is £40k - £45k
