Day to day of the role: * Teach English to students in classes of up to 30, ensuring that each student is engaged and making progress.. * Develop and deliver engaging lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and needs.. * Prepare students for exams, ensuring familiarity with various exam boards and their requirements.. * Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages students to achieve their best.. * Utilise a variety of texts and stories to enhance students’ learning experiences and foster a love for English.. * Collaborate with colleagues to support student development and contribute to school initiatives..
