Children’s Support Worker’s immediately required to support Children’s Residential Homes across the Coventry, Nuneaton area.

Our client is currently looking for Children’s Residentials workers to support their service within Nuneaton. Support and duties will be subject to the support plan of the resident but will include.


* Supporting children with Active wellbeing - activities and support out with a team of healthcare professionals and/or family, preparing indoor and outdoor activities,
* Building a relationship with the resident to promote a positive and independent future.
* Emotional Behavioural Disorder - Support with positive behaviour, emotional support, reducing any challenging behaviours,
* Key working to potentially support towards child’s independence with Education needs.
Shift patterns will vary according to the service’s requirements. Ad-hoc shift patterns available which include.
* - Long day shifts , 10 or 12, 14 hours
* - Night shifts, 10, 12 or 14 hours,
* - Short shifts, Early shifts or Lates, 7am or 8am starts, 2pm or 3pm starts, 8pm - 10pm finishes,
* - Sleep in’s
