Description
* Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team
* Managing and organising calendars, appointments, and meetings
* Producing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
* Handling confidential documents with utmost discretion
* Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
* Assisting in the preparation of budgets and expense reports
* Organising travel arrangements when necessary
* Performing other related duties as assigned
Profile
* A thorough understanding of secretarial and business support functions
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
Job Offer
* An estimated salary range of £30,000 to £37,000 yearly, dependent on experience (PRO-RATA)
