About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality teaching across a range of primary schools in Lancashire.
* Deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
* Effectively manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
* Follow existing lesson plans or prepare lessons as needed for different schools.
* Collaborate with school staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience in teaching within primary settings (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
* Strong classroom management skills and adaptability.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A flexible and proactive approach to work.
