Key Responsibilities
* Draft and amend charity constitutions
* Submit OSCR application forms for various charity processes
* Advise on governance and regulatory compliance
* Administer grant-giving charities
* Offer philanthropy advice to high-net-worth clients
* Participate in business development activities
* Ensure information security
Qualifications
* NQ-4 years’ PQE, ideally with charity law, corporate or private client experience
* Passion for the charity sector
* Commitment to client care and service
* Strong communication and research skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
