We are working with a leading Legal 500 law firm seeking a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our successful Plot Sales Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a renowned team, working with experienced Conveyancers to ensure smooth and efficient housing transactions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, providing exceptional customer service to both new and returning clients.
* Assist with initial matter set-up, including drafting confirmation of instruction letters, updating central records, and entering client/matter details.
* Provide dedicated support to Conveyancers, ensuring efficient handling of legal tasks and queries.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations throughout all transactions.
* Collate and complete due diligence documentation to comply with Anti Money Laundering Regulations.
* Manage routine client telephone enquiries, ensuring all relevant information is gathered and file opening requirements are met.
