Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Adapt quickly to different classroom settings, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with school staff to follow lesson plans and support student progress.
* Provide feedback and assessment in line with school policies.
