Elevation Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading SaaS business, seeking a Strategic Content Manager to oversee the design and implementation of tailored digital solutions. This role involves driving strategic initiatives, aligning them with business objectives, and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
Strategic Content Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and execution of bespoke digital solutions, ensuring alignment with broader business strategies
* Provide consultancy on digital transformation, conducting needs analysis and collaborating with key stakeholders
* Manage and develop the team, focusing on talent acquisition, training, and professional development
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the digital services offered, staying updated on industry trends
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver strategic, market-leading solutions
* Ensure compliance, quality standards, and information security across all projects
* Lead market research and analysis to stay ahead of competitors and identify new opportunities for growth
* Work closely with sales and product teams to support business development initiatives, including cost and budget estimations
* Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring all digital solutions meet the highest standards of performance and client satisfaction
Key Strategic Content Manager Skills & Attributes:
* Extensive experience in solution design, strategic management, and leadership, preferably within SaaS, ICT, or consulting sectors
* Strong strategic mindset with experience in designing and implementing business strategies
* In-depth knowledge of digital transformation programs and relevant technologies
* Leadership or people management experience with a focus on team development
* High levels of resilience, emotional intelligence, and adaptability
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence and persuade stakeholders
* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Kanbanize) and willingness to travel
