* Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
* Work closely with support staff and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with children with special educational needs.
* Strong understanding of SEN best practices and strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
