About the Role:
I am currently representing a well-recognised law firm based in the Luton area that is looking to add an experienced Wills and Probate Solicitor to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong client following and over 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in wills and probate matters.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a diverse range of wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning cases.
* Offering expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents including wills and powers of attorney.
* Handling probate applications and overseeing estate administration processes.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers.
* Contributing to the growth and success of the firm through effective client management and business development.
Candidate Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years PQE in wills and probate.
* A solid client following is essential.
* Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of wills and probate law.
* Strong communication and client management skills.
* A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
* Business development experience is advantageous.
