Job Description:
A temporary receptionist required for our client based in Northampton.
The cover is required for the 16th to 18th September, the working hours are 8am until 4.30pm.
Training is provided on the 12th and 13th September for a half day.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing a busy switchboard and transferring calls. Meeting and greeting guests that come into the building. Help with the post and administrative tasks.
We are looking for an approachable, friendly, and helpful receptionist with an excellent telephone manner and proficient on all MS office packages.
