Position Details:
Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant with SEN experience
Location: Dartford
Employment Type: Long term, full time
Start Date: September 2024
Salary: £110-130 per day, dependent on experience
* Level 5 or above CACHE Teaching Qualification or experience as HLTA
* SEN experience
* Confident to work across primary age range
* Classroom support
* Intervention support
Job Description:
We’re working with a vibrant, diverse primary school in the Dartford area, who are looking for a HLTA or Higher Level Teaching Assistant with a desire to work with children and young people with SEN, for the coming year. If you are:
* An adaptable, flexible teaching assistant
* HLTA qualified
* Looking for a new teaching assistant roles this September
* A higher level teaching assistant, looking for flexibility in their work
* Someone who enjoys supporting children and young people with a range additional needs
* HLTA who can work across year groups
* HLTA passionate to support children with learning and development

Responsibilities:
* Contribute to an inclusive, supportive classroom
* Help children achieve learning and development targets
* Work collaboratively with colleagues
* Cover classes when needed
* Support with interventions and additional learning

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
