Description
* Coordinate high volume of internal and external meetings
* Develop relationships with broker sales teams to effectively plan meetings
* Provide business support for your team.
* Collect and organise research reports, models, and company quarterly and annual reports
* Manage travel and expenses for portfolio managers and their teams Liaise with key operational areas to organise new hire training schedules and oversee onboarding
Profile
* Minimum 3 years administrative assistant experience, preferably within financial services
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Ability to exercise discretion when managing confidential information, working across multiple teams and functions
* Able to interact professionally with peers and senior level management
* Excellent English, grammar, written and verbal communication skills
