Job Description:
DUTY SOLICITOR
BIRMINGHAM
£40k - £50K
A Duty Solicitor is wanted for an opportunity with a highly rated Birmingham based law firm with a solid reputation for its Criminal Law advice.
Applications are invited from 5 years PQE+ Duty Solicitors who are motivated to deliver the highest levels of representation at all times in the Criminal Law process. Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience with bonus.
The successful candidate will join a busy and successful Criminal Law department, managing a full and varied caseload of private and legal aid funded matters.
Day to day duties will include drafting briefs, taking instructions from clients, instructing counsel and providing Duty support at either Magistrates and Police Station.
