What will you do?
* Managing a full caseload of Commercial Property work
* Sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold properties
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Acquisition and sale of property for development, land promotion, options, conditional contract and coverage
* Acting for lender and pension schemes
What will you need?
* Experience in Commercial property
* 3+ years’ experience in a private practice law firm in the UK
