Role: Cover Supervisor
Location: Northampton NN4
Contract: Short-term and Long-term Contracts Available
Working Days: Minimum 3 days per week
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £100-£120 per day
Monday - Friday 8:30am-3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of a teacher.
* Ensure students remain focused and engaged with pre-set work.
* Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
* Support the school’s policies on behaviour and attendance.
* Assist students with any questions or issues related to the lesson.
Requirements: * A passion for education and working with young people.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Flexibility to work a minimum of 3 days a week.
* Previous experience in an educational setting
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
