Job Description:
Curriculum Leader - Construction * Annual Salary: £40,343 - £46,519 + £2,500 Golden Hello Payment (T&Cs apply)
* Location: Bolton
* Job Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week
We are excited to offer the role of Curriculum Leader within our Construction team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and innovative individual to lead and support a dynamic team, contributing to the operational and strategic management of the college.
Day-to-day of the role: * Lead and support teachers and work-based tutors in engaging with stakeholders to inform and enhance the curriculum.
* Drive and demonstrate excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment, focusing on quality assurance and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with curriculum management and the wider college management team to implement and lead aspects of the College’s Positive Behaviour approach.
* Work with the Head of Area to explore, develop, and implement cutting-edge pedagogy.
* Uphold the college’s commitment to putting students first and promoting values of fairness, respect, and quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Relevant degree level qualification.
* PGCE/Cert Ed or willingness to work towards one.
* Experience in managing, motivating, and supporting a team in an educational environment.
* Experience in delivering and assessing a range of curriculum programmes.
