Job Description:
SENDCo
Start Date: September 2024 on-wards
2-3 days per week.
Role Descriptions:
SENDCo
Lead and manage the provision for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a SEMH school which supports 15 pupils.
Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement effective support strategies.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practices.
Promote a culture of inclusion and high expectations for all students.

The school hold a Good Ofsted Rating. Short walk from Ilford station. This role also offers a permanent placement for the right candidate.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status and relevant educational degree (NASENCO)
Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and current educational trends.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
