* Location: Birmingham office (Nationwide travel required to projects)
* Salary: £28-32,000 basic salary – car allowance after probation

* Hybrid working - option to work from home. Travel to site will be 2-3 days a week
We are seeking a Graduate Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team and work on a range of commercial projects across the UK, with a focus on the Hotel/Leisure sectors for the business.
This role offers the opportunity to progress your career to the next level, working on major schemes and complex multi-phased regeneration developments.
Day to Day of the role:
* Visiting sites across the UK to monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations.
* Scheduling and conducting client meetings to provide project updates and discuss future plans.
* Managing tender contracts and engaging in Contract Administration duties.
* Delivering commercial Project Management services from inception to completion.
* Working independently and collaboratively within a larger team.
* Demonstrating self-motivation and initiative, with a willingness to travel nationwide as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* RICS accredited degree in a relevant field.
* Membership or working towards membership of a Construction-based subscription (RICS, APM, CIOB).
* Some experience in delivering projects within the Logistics and Hotel/Leisure sectors.
* Ability to manage projects from conception through to completion.
* Confident in a client-facing role and adept at working with established internal teams.
* Must have own transport and be willing to travel nationwide.
* Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude.
