Planning Lawyer – London – Competitive Hourly Rate – Hybrid Working
Position: Planning Lawyer
Organisation: London based Local Authority
Duration: 6 month ongoing contract
Working Pattern: Full time
Working Arrangement: Hybrid working (1-2 times a month)
Hourly Rate: Competitive hourly rate  
Venn Group’s legal team are working with a London basedLocal Authority to assist intheir search to recruit a Locum Planning Lawyer.
The ideal candidate for this role will be either an experienced Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of CILEx who can demonstrate havinga wealth of experience handling planning matters.
Local Government experience is preferable but not essential for this role provided there is significant relevant experience.
Duties shall include:
Negotiating and drafting a range of legal documents including section 106 agreements and section 38 and 278 agreementsTo build good working relationships with clients and colleagues within the legal practiceTo provide high level/professional advice and guidance on planning and associated legal mattersDeputise for senior lawyers when required Please apply for this role online or contact Jade Gorrod and Leah Liddell via phone or email for further information.
