Job Description:
A great opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager / Branch Manager to join a leading construction product distributor located in North-West London. The company supply a wide range of façade related products to the construction industry and due to continuous growth, require an experienced Sales Manager / Branch Manager to join their team.
Sales Manager / Branch Manager Position Remuneration * Starting salary £45,000 - £50,000
* 23 Days holiday (plus Bank Holidays, and additional days for long service)

Sales Manager / Branch Manager Position Overview * Reporting directly to the General Manager
* Be the focal-point of the London branch
* You need to be a commercially minded, sales driven and a well organised individual who will enjoy building relationships with your team, suppliers and customers with the ability to troubleshoot issues if they arise
Sales Manager / Branch Manager Position Requirements * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
* Facade product knowledge (such as; cladding, glazing, windows, doors, rainscreen)
* Proven experience in buying and selling products
* High quality communication skills, verbal and written
* Managing, developing, and supporting a team
* Understand and meet customer requirements
* Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and customers
* Proven experience in project management
* Excellent negotiating skills
* Excellent IT skills
* Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent attention to detail
* Highly numerate
