Randstad Education is seeking dedicated and creative Teaching Assistants with EYFS experience for schools across Preston, with immediate start dates available.
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing resources and activities for whole class, small group, and 1:1 support
* Providing feedback to pupils on their progress and achievements under the guidance of the teacher
* Collaborating with classroom teachers to plan and organize appropriate activities
* Liaising with other professionals such as teachers, TA’s, and specialist support staff
* Working closely with other LSAs and support staff
* Supporting individual pupils’ development and confidence, monitoring their progress
* Assisting in the development of Individual Education/Behaviour Plans and Personal Care programs
Essential Requirements:
* Experience working with young children
* Comfort and confidence in managing challenging behaviours
* Ability to build rapport with young learners
* Creative, proactive, and flexible in your approach
* Experience with SEN or knowledge of learning difficulties
* TA qualification (Level 2 or Level 3)
