Job Description:
A HR Business Partner is needed to provide invaluable support and expertise within a well-established Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading on projects (specifically TUPE) and BAU duties across this values-driven Not For Profit organisation.

Description
The key focus of this role is to drive HR Projects, specifically a TUPE.
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Drive HR prjects, along with HRBP BAU duties.
* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
* Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and motivation.
* Nurture a positive working environment.
* Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Profile
A successful People Business Partner should have:
* Proven working experience as an HR Business Partner/Senior HR Advsior.
* TUPE experience is essential.
* People-oriented and results-driven demonstrable experience.
* In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and UK labour law.
* Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
* Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.

* £48,000 - £50,000
