Job Description:
Interim Commercial Reporting Manager - 12M FTC - Immediate Start (Subject to background checks)
- £60k + Up to 40% Bonus

**Key Responsibilities:
- **Financial Reporting Review**: Oversee and review monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial financial reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives. Act as a critical reviewer rather than being directly involved in data production.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cargo volumes, yields, profitability, and overall financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**: Work closely with finance teams, commercial leadership, and operational teams to review financial results, discuss discrepancies, and support strategy formulation based on findings.
- **Revenue Forecasting and Budgeting**: Support the preparation of revenue forecasts, working closely with commercial teams to refine budgetary targets, contributing to the annual financial planning process.
- **Data Insights & Recommendations**: Provide actionable insights based on financial data reviews to influence pricing, profitability, and overall commercial strategy.
- **Reporting Systems Oversight**: Ensure the integrity of reporting systems and tools, liaising with IT and data teams to continuously improve financial reporting processes and tools.
- **Ad-Hoc Financial Analysis**: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required by senior management, providing insights into various scenarios and potential outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- CAANZ/ACA/CIMA or Fully Qualified Equivalent
- **Finance Expertise**: Strong understanding of financial reporting, budget control, and commercial performance analysis.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Experience working with senior stakeholders to explain financial results and support decision-making.
- **Advanced Excel/Reporting Tools**: Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to convey complex financial data in a clear and understandable way.
