Job Purpose *Manage a varied tax portfolio across compliance and advisory.
*Preparation and review of personal tax returns and computations.
*Preparation and review of P11Ds and PSAs.
*Lead technical research and developing reports.
*Manage HMRC enquiries, liaising on behalf of clients.
*Work across the accounts and audit team, supporting with tax queries.
*Oversee junior staff, including workflow management, reviewing work, and providing training.
*Build strong rapport with clients, proactively handling queries and resolving complex issues.
*Keep up to date with taxation news and legislation.
*Champion professional development, undertaking regular training opportunities.
