Education Boutique (Part of Eteach Group) is currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our Tutoring and Alternative Provision Team in our HQ Bracknell office. You will work with Local Authorities and Schools to place in-person tutors with young people with additional needs to reintegrate them back into suitable educational settings.
Responsibilities:
* Manage existing client relationships with schools and tutors
* Engage in business development and warm sales activities
* Proactively win new business from new and existing clients
* Attract and interview potential candidates in your designated areas
* Develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve career and earning goals
* Provide exceptional levels of customer service
* Follow internal safeguarding procedures to ensure concerns are raised appropriately.
* Maintain good record-keeping
Requirements:
* Passionate about supporting SEN learners to reintegrate back into suitable settings
* Strong customer service skills and professionalism in challenging situations
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Commitment and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
* Highly motivated and competitive individual
