Key Responsibilities:
* A EYFS Teacher - Newbury to deliver high-quality teaching to prepare EYFS children for school KS1.
* Evaluate individual outcomes and plan targeted activities with support from the SENCO and Vulnerable Children Coordinator.
* Provide input on improving education and care across the nursery.
* Be a role model for Level 2/Level 3 Nursery Practitioner staff, demonstrating effective teaching through structured EYFS activities.
* Observe and assess the West Berkshire children’s development, sharing insights with key persons.
* Support school readiness, focusing on independent skills, phonics, reading, and early math.
About you:
* Degree in Early Years Teaching or QTS Qualified with experience working in EYFS years.
