Job Description:
TSR Legal is delighted to collaborate with a distinguished local law firm renowned for delivering exceptional legal services and fostering enduring client connections. Our client, in partnership with their local estate agent sister company, is expanding their residential team in Bristol. They seek a skilled Residential Conveyancer with strong local market expertise and connections.
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse caseload of complex Residential Property files, encompassing shared ownership, lease extensions, staircasing, as well as straightforward transactions. Your role will involve:
* Conducting comprehensive due diligence throughout all stages of Residential Conveyancing.
* Demonstrating proficiency in the current legal landscape governing residential property transactions, including Leaseholds, Freeholds, Registered and Unregistered Properties, and various transaction types (e.g., sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, right to buy, help to buy, shared ownership, lease extensions, deeds of variation).
* Conducting thorough research to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.
* Upholding exceptional client service standards, and cultivating positive relationships with all stakeholders.
* Meeting time and billing targets with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
* Efficiently managing a diverse caseload, adapting to dynamic requirements in a fast-paced environment.
* Progressing client matters effectively, maintaining meticulous file organisation.
Collaboration with colleagues is integral to your role, contributing to departmental workflow and supporting other client projects as needed. Building enduring client relationships aligns with our client’s commitment to delivering outstanding client care.
