Their deep expertise in dealing with financial institutions marks the team as an advisor of choice for household names in the sector, and regularly handles highly sensitive and complex regulatory and internal investigations mandates. They represent major global financial institutions, boards of directors and special committees, and individuals on "bet the company" issues.

From securities fraud to insider trading, money laundering, market abuse, mis-selling, investment dispute resolution, insolvency proceedings, and class action lawsuits, the team are well equipped to resolve their clients’ disputes. This firm are looking to bolster their thriving practice with the addition of an Associate into their London Financial Services Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have between 2-5 years’ PQE in Financial Services Litigation gained at another top tier practice in London.
