Job Title: Tekla Draughtsman
Location: Preston
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
The Company A well-established structural steel fabrication company, providing high-quality steel solutions for over 30 years. Specializing in designing, fabricating, and installing structural steelwork for various sectors including commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
The Role * Produce 3D models and detailed fabrication drawings using Tekla Structures
* Ensure designs meet project specifications, standards, and regulations
* Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure seamless project delivery
* Modify designs based on project requirements or site conditions
* Support the fabrication and site teams with technical drawings and details
The Candidate * Proficiency in Tekla Structures software
* Previous experience in structural steel detailing
* Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and erection processes
