Your main responsibilities as Teaching Assistant:
* Provide individualised support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
* Assist teachers in delivering lessons, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Support positive behaviour management strategies, promoting a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere.
* Prepare materials and resources to support lesson delivery and student learning.
A perfect candidate should:
* Have Right to work in the UK
* Have an Enhanced DBS on the update service
* Provide 2 proven professional references
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting the success of every student.
* Show empathy and understanding towards students, providing encouragement and support when needed.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and fellow staff members to create a positive and inclusive school environment.
* Be flexible and adaptable in your approach, able to respond to the diverse needs of students and teachers.
