Job Title: Commercial Account Handler
Location: Paisley, hybrid working
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Experienced in Commercial or Corporate Insurance?
Here you’d be joining a smaller independent brokerage that prides itself on providing quality, cost-effective insurance backed by reliable and highly professional service.
What would you be doing?
* Provide assistance and support to a number of Account Executives
* Service a portfolio of Key Clients with dedication and a high standard of customer service
* Handle general administration tasks including renewals, mid-term adjustments, extensions to covers, invoicing, and responding to client queries
* Ensure quality control and maintain high standards of customer service
* Check and issue documentation to clients in a timely and accurate manner
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
What will you need?
* Minimum of 2 years of Commercial Insurance experience
* Good understanding of the commercial insurance market
* Comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance products
* Good communication skills, you’re confident in dealing with customers over the phone and face to face
* Ability and flexibility to work as part of a team
* Strong negotiation skills with insurers
