Job Description:
Opus People Solutions are seeking a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker in Holbeach.

Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain clear boundaries to ensure a safe, secure, and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.
* Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of professionalism and adherence to policies.
* Provide emotional and social support, helping young people build meaningful relationships and engage with the local community.
* Assist the Registered Manager & Deputy Manager, and cover their duties when required.

* Experience working in residential child care, child protection, or a similar role.
