Duty Manager (Interim Position)

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

4Leisure Recruitment is seeking a NPLQ qualified Duty Manager for an interim position at a leisure site in Bromley. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest standards of safety and service.

Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing the smooth running of the facility, ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to.
* Leading and managing a team, including training, motivating, and scheduling staff.
* Providing excellent customer service and handling any customer inquiries or issues.
* Ensuring all operational procedures are followed to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
* Responding to emergencies as necessary with NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) certification.
Requirements: * NPLQ qualification (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) – essential.
* Previous experience managing a team within the leisure industry.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
