Lower Phase Lead Teacher - Permanent - Wokingham
A lovely schools in Winnersh, Wokingham is looking for a Lower Phase Teacher to join their team and are looking to interview in October! This position welcomes ECT’s or experienced Teachers.
About the school looking for a Lower Phase Leader Teacher:
* Two-form entry and good ofsted
* Ofsted report stating pupils’ behaviour is excellent and they are eager to learn
* Supportive leadership team who have high aspirations for pupils
* Work in a lively and exciting environment

About you as a Lower Phase Lead:
* Confident in their abilities as a Teacher and a Leader
* Confident with overseeing Years 1-3 in a TLR 2 post
* Teacher initially in Year 3
* Have clear passion and vision for teaching
