Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children.
* A valid and current DBS check on the update service.
* Enthusiasm and commitment to supporting students’ learning and well-being.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with teachers to support the development of lesson plans and classroom activities.
* Assist in managing the classroom environment, ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
* Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional assistance.
* Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
* Support students with special educational needs, adapting materials and activities as necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with the teaching team.
