Role: Teaching Assistant
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Full-time, long-term (until the end of the academic year)
Pay Range: £80.00 - £100.00 per day (dependent on experience)
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children or young people.
* Possession of a valid DBS certificate registered on the update service.
* A genuine passion for supporting the educational development of students.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students.
* Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
* Providing support to students in the classroom, assisting with tasks and activities as directed by the teacher.
* Working with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning concepts and provide additional assistance.
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Assisting with the preparation and organisation of classroom materials and resources.
* Supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities as required.
* Collaborating with teachers to assess student progress and development.
* Promoting positive behaviour and engagement among students.
* Participating in school-wide activities and events as needed.
