Job Description:
Joining us as a Client Director in the Exeter portfolio, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and service delivery standards across day-to-day work and longer-term projects.
Utilising your project management skills, you will be delivery focussed, particularly across the area of De-risking.
This role is a hybrid position where you will work from our Exeter office, as well as from your home address. Full and part-time working arrangements can be considered for this role.
What you’ll be doing:
* Responsibility for account management of a specified number of key clients.
* Overseeing day-to-day client and operational activities of such accounts, based on an agreed set of KPIs.
* Understanding and meeting client needs effectively, managing risks and adhering to procedures.
* Leading the growth of the portfolio of clients’ revenue and contribution lines aligned with internal targets set by the Client Portfolio Leader.
* Driving service delivery in order to meet and exceed operational KPIs.
* Ensuring client retention and avoid attrition.
* Improving operational effectiveness.
* Managing costs and provide necessary financial information for business and audits.
* Operating as a commercial lead for clients, implementing creative financial and contractual constructs as appropriate.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
* Understanding of the complexities of the pension scheme administration.
* Strong operational or project management skills.
* DB specialist knowledge.
* Experience of working for/with clients in the third- party administration environment.
* Experience of delivering in a targeted environment, and an understanding of managing costs to ensure profitability.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* De-risking knowledge would be desirable but not essential.
